Appointments can take 1-3 hours depending on the size of the property and the package chosen.

The delivery of IGuide tours takes place on the following day, while any accompanying photographs or additional items are typically delivered within two days.

Payment method is by credit card at checkout.

Please include any specific instructions for the photographer in the checkout notes.

Photos are delivered via a mainstream online gallery and sent to your email. Access to Iguides are by public link, or editor access to the Iguide Portal.

As long as cancellations and reschedules are made 24 hours before the scheduled shoot date/time, there won't be any charges. However, if it's less than 24 hours, there will be a $100 fee for cancellation or rescheduling.

Our network of in house and independent photographers offer large service areas across southern Ontario. Headquarters are situated in Kitchener, Ontario for administration as well as in house photographers and editors. For customers outside of these core service regions, mileage fees may apply which will be shown at checkout.

Yes, our photographs have been processed using High Dynamic Range techniques, which leads to the production of crisp and vivid images.

One option for gaining access to the home for a photography session is by using a key lockbox with the homeowner's permission. Alternatively, the realtor or homeowner/business owner can be present on site to grant us entry.

If you're a seller planning to be present during the appointment, please make sure there are minimal distractions. It's recommended that you complete all staging and cleaning beforehand. Additionally, kindly ensure that children and pets are kept away from the equipment during the appointment, and dogs should be removed or securely locked away.

In most cases, homes tend to be more appealing when they are furnished or staged prior to a photography session. Nonetheless, it is possible to capture images of an unfurnished property and provide a virtual staging alternative by incorporating suitable furniture digitally.

The scheduled appointment will go ahead as planned, and we have the capability to utilize digital post-processing techniques to rectify any weather or sky-related issues. However, if any aerial work is required, we might have to make a second visit, but this can typically be carried out separately.
